I had allergic reactions to a few of them, and decided to try this one on recommendation from a friend who had success with the conception supplement. These vitamins also come very close to matching the B complex ratios Dr. Brewer suggests taking for the Brewer’s pregnancy diet. Which is hard to find. And after two weeks I can say: Wow! These are amazing! They have a slight smell when you open them, but nothing offensive. The capsules are a good size, nothing too scary. But you do need to take them with a full meal and a full glass of water. I also had some sleep issues when taking them last 3pm. But that was just me. The change these have made is remarkable.
